Typical uses include :-
Screenprint - |
Our
systems are suitable for a wide range of screenprinting tasks - signage (typically
40-50lpi), line & blockwork (e.g. safety signs), long term short-run signage such as
road furniture. Wide format 44" to 62" (111-157cm).
The desktop system is an ideal format for t-shirt printing, 55lpi halftones, block work or
index printing, spot colours or 4-colour process.
POS graphics, 60x40" posters, 4-colour process plus spots @ 65lpi+ calibrated for
colour and length, wide format 44" to 62" (111-157cm).
The small format systems format is ideal for fashion wear panels,
electronics, markings, panels & boxes, flags & estate agent's
boards. |

Inkjet
printers do not have a high enough resolution for standard litho printing but find use in
niche areas such as the printing of local newspapers @ 85-100lpi, envelope printing
100lpi+ plus line work and cutting masks. |

Producing
wide format negatives for flexo packaging is as easy as printing to your desktop printer,
masks for rubber stamps or plates.

Pad/tampo
printing of promotional goods and golf balls at line rulings of between100-130lpi simply
and cleanly. Use traditional or stochastic screening. Calibration on-site for optimum
performance.
Print down to 3pt text for labels with startling clarity, 100-130lpi +ve & -ve
Glass Etching - strong masks give strong resists - 100lpi from the desktop system, simple
cheap and effective. |
